Gracium Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Gracium device. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns work:

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) required
  • For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund — contact us and we'll review on a case-by-case basis

How to Request a Return
Email supportgraciumstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • If the item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping costs
  • If you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout

Exchanges
Need a different item? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange once your original item is received.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Gracium device arrives damaged or isn't working correctly, contact us within 7 days of delivery at supportgraciumstore@gmail.com with photos/video of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
